Day 2: Hwange – Victoria Falls – Chobe National Park, Botswana

Wake up early for a final morning game drive in Hwange National Park.

The early hours offer another opportunity to search for wildlife before returning to your lodge for breakfast.

After breakfast, depart Hwange and drive back towards Victoria Falls before continuing to the Kazungula border, where you cross into Botswana.

After completing the border formalities, continue to Chobe National Park.

Chobe is famous for its exceptional elephant population and its wildlife-rich riverfront. The Chobe River attracts elephants, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles and numerous bird species, particularly during the dry season.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon Chobe River boat safari.

Cruising along the river gives you a different perspective from a traditional game drive. Watch elephants approaching the water, hippos resting in the shallows and crocodiles along the riverbanks.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full-Day Chobe National Park Wildlife Experience

The Chobe area is particularly well known for elephants, but you may also encounter buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, kudu and other antelope.

Predators such as lions and leopards are also present, although sightings are never guaranteed.

Return to the lodge for lunch and some time to relax.

In the afternoon, continue your Chobe wildlife experience with another game drive or a second river activity, depending on the final safari arrangements.

The Chobe River provides beautiful opportunities for wildlife photography, particularly during the late afternoon when animals gather around the water.

Return to your lodge for dinner and your final night in Botswana.
